Liability Policy:

Securing our services grants us and/or our contractor's permission to enter your premises for the purpose of performing the requested services. Homeowner agrees to restrain pets in preparation for the arrival of Poop Troops LLC and its contractors. Homeowner further agrees and accepts full liability for any unrestrained pets not limited to and to include bites, injuries trying to avoid conflict or attempt to protect from bodily injury. Homeowner further agrees that if pets escape in the process of fleeing to safety, by accepting service you further agree that your pet's displacement is a result of your negligence to restrain and not the attempt to perform service by Poop Troops LLC. Homeowner will Indemnify Poop Troops LLC in whole to include but not limited to; damages reimbursement, legal fees, and any deductibles paid to remedy incident caused by breach of contract between you and Poop Troops LLC. Homeowner acknowledges that they agree that Poop Troops and its contractors will have mace and/or dog horn to use in case of pets getting free unexpectedly. 

In cases of foreseen danger, Poop Troops LLC. reserves the right NOT to enter property due to discovery of unrestrained pets, and services fees are still due. We will attempt to reschedule if no one is home to restrain pets. There is no guarantee or warranty on when we will return but service will be rendered at the earliest convenience of Poop Troops LLC for missed appointments.

Service Policy:

Buyer is to provide ease of access to areas that need cleaning. Having to clean through knee high grass, leaves, snow, trash, etc voids our guarantee. We do not move objects.  In case of the aforementioned, Poop Troops LLC will clean all areas that can be accessed easily and safely, but there is no guarantee that all waste piles will be removed.

In the event of heavy rain, inclement weather, acts of God, and other acts outside of our control, Poop Troops LLC will reschedule services at the earliest convenience. Constant rescheduling due to buyer will result in missed services with no refund. Constant rescheduling due to Poop Troops LLC neglect or staffing issues will result in proration or refund as detailed below.

One-time and monthly services pay for an hour of work or until the yard is clean. Whichever comes first. Workers can continue after the hour at their discretion but are not required to.

Weekly and Bi-weekly services can be pulled in or pushed out up to 3 days to account for inclement weather and other emergencies that might cause service disruption on the day that exactly a week from previous service.

Our standard services cover yards of 3000 sq ft or smaller. This is slightly larger than the average yard size.  Anything bigger would be a custom service

Return/Refund Policy:
There will be no returns
Refunds will be given if:

• Requested before a service has begun. In this case a full refund, minus any transaction fees, will be given as we have not performed any work.
• Poop Troops LLC has does not have staffing to service a particular area. Be sure to verify our presence in your area by using contact info.
• Poop Troops LLC loses staffing during services and cannot fulfill the service. In this instance Poop Troops LLC will refund the prorated amount remaining for the service plan.
• If a buyer cancels a service plan after we have performed one or more services, the buyer can end service immediately or let service go to end of its billing period. No refunds or prorates will be given, but Poop Troops LLC will gladly service you until the billing cycle ends. 
  
• The buyer assumes the cost of any fees associated with refunds and prorates.
  

Recurring Payment Policy:

 Your consent to the terms of the Agreement confirms the following:

• You give permission to Stripe for withdrawals made by Poop Troops LLC.
  
• You understand the terms and conditions of your scheduled payment plan with Poop Loops LLC. and you authorize Poop Troop LLC to make recurring charges to Stripe for payment amounts you authorized or authorize from time to time and, if necessary, initiate adjustments for any transactions.
  
• Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you authorize Poop Troop LLC to charge stripe in the amount of your total term premium, plus tax, according to the payment frequency you select or selected. The current amount of your total term premium, plus tax, will be shown on your account statement.
  
• You understand the amounts charged to Stripe may vary if changes occur to your policy premium.

Privacy Policy:
We only collect the information you choose to give us, and we process it with your consent, or on another legal basis; we only require the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us; we don't sell it to third parties; and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.
